I passed my driving license 5 years ago. Soon after passing i stopped driving. Recently I started to drive again and I was lacking confidence and courage to be back on the road. It was hesitation and fear of getting on the road that hindered my driving ability. Then recently I took couple of refresher driving lessons from my previous instructor but still I was unable to overcome my anxiety and fear of general driving.
